Hello,
i cant get in my email account and the phone number is out dated that was a old phone nummer i need to acess it because i have a Xbox 1 and can get in cause i cant get in account to yahoo and my phone number is no good no more i have a new numer

You really should have updated your account with the new number. We cannot do anything from here (as we do not have anytinhg to do with those services), you must contact yahoo.
