Gee I am really sorry, there are only two ways to recover an account: answer the secret questions or have a reset code sent to the recovery email or phone number. That is the only way Yahoo mail has to prove that you are the legitimate owner.
I am inclined to think that you have not accessed your account for very long time. All email accounts are a very bad place to store data.
