Firewall blocking internet connection (314)

Hello,

My computer and devices say connected but browser says cannot connect. Ran windows diag test and firewall blocking internet connection (314) came up. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem? I'm running windows 10.

Are you using the Windows firewall or another virus security software ?
