Hi Surjeet Sharma,
Could you please give us some more details? What kind of device are you using? Is it a pendrive? Please run the Command Prompt as an Administrator and type the following command:
Diskpart
List disk
Select disk n (n is the number of the drive)
Attributes disk clear readonly
Exit
Check again if the drive is still write protected. Let me know if there is any progress.
