Try this
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.

Hi Darchis4u,
Do you get the usual booting screens until you reach the black screen with the cursor? Can you hear the normal sounds when the PC boots? Could you check if it is possible to access the BIOS menu?
When you reach the black screen, try to press CTRL+ALT+DEL. You may get access to Task Manager. Open the processes and search for explorer.exe. Terminate it. From New, open new process, writing explorer.exe in the line. Press ENTER. Check if there is any change.
If you have a Windows installation drive, boot from it and select the Repair option. This way you may fix some startup issues.
