Hi Ravikumar,
You have done good job trying to solve the issue. I would try with another power cable, but it seems that there may be a hardware problem with your PC. Are there any noises coming from the computer, when you press the power button? Looks like the PC is not getting power. This may be caused by a power port problem or a motherboard failure. Have in mind that these problems are often repairable. I would suggest you to seek help from a technician.

Absolutely, i am getting noise when pressing the Power Button.
kindly suggest trouble shoot.

If the cooling fan starts but there is no signal on the monitor, the PC may be getting some energy which is not enough to run all the hardware or the motherboard is not working properly. Unfortunately, in both cases, the problem may be serious and you may need to consult with a technician.
