sir / maam
last month i have window 8.1. i have added some permission on the folder in that folder their are some photos and permission are also apply on the photos, then i have change the windows from 8,1 to 10 now that photos are not opening. sir/maam please tell me how to open them.

Try to change the ownership of your photos files and grant full permissions to your current user:
