My pen drive is Write Protected, Please HELP ME

Hello,


I have a 4gb pen drive and it is wite protected. I trie to use cmd/Diskpart but it dont work, I trie to edit the regedit but did no work too, i try to use low format tool and the same thing I just dont now wath to do. please I need help:::::::

It's probably time to replace the drive. they cost about $2 these days.
