Hi Sean_Ang,
So right now the capacity is occupied but you can’t see the files inside? Could you please tell us what troubleshooting steps you have tried?
I would suggest you to test the drive on another PC and with another USB cable. Open the Folder Option and confirm that there are no hidden files or folders. After that, run the Command Prompt as an Administrator and type the following command:
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
Replace the g with the drive’s letter.
If you have already tried those steps, you should connect the drive to a Linux PC or try using a Linux Live CD. No installation is needed. You should burn a bootable USB drive and load Linux from it. If the files are still not visible, go back to Windows and search for a data recovery tool. I leave you some suggestions in the link below:

Hope this helps

i consult with seagate hotline and follow what they ask me to do on things like Disk Management to check on my driver and i found out the rest of 433.76GB is unallocated instead of 500GB which mean files is corrupted and damage.. another way is using recovery software to retrieved it if still able to but most of the files is damage unable to open at all.
So upset
