Hola Leimaraul,

What kind of resetting you have performed? Did you choose the factory reset option? Are you able to access the BIOS menu? If you are but you cannot boot into Windows, the problem may be software related. Maybe something got wrong with the booting files. If you have a Windows installation drive, boot from it and select the Repair option. It should fix some issues and it is far quicker than a full installation.

Hope this helps

I have done a factory reset I believe, I have been into the bois and performed the all the tests and all has indicated ok.
The laptop has mesage (an operating system wasn't found) the issue is it was working fine the day before the reset.
I have only reset as it was my grandsons and wanted to start from scratch.

No doubt it was a good idea, but maybe something unexpected went wrong. Please open the BIOS menu and check if the hard drive is correctly recognized. If it is, then it is highly possible that only the Windows boot files were damaged. In that case you should try repairing or reinstalling the OS.
If the hard drive is not listed in BIOS, that means that there may be a connectivity problem or a HDD issue. You should check if all cables are firmly connected.
