Acer laptop will not turn on

hello everyone i was wondering if you could help me out with this problem,
my acer laptop will not turn on and nothing will happen when i plug it in to the wall and turn it on the blue light turns on without the red light which should be on cause its charging and it still wont turn on. i hope someone can help me find this out! thankyou!

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
