For how long did these keys stop working? If just recently, did you happen to accidentally spill any liquid content on your keyboard?
If you think that these keys are not 'physically broken' then you may want to check your keyboard driver, cause it might got corrupted for some reason or is outdated.
go to windows key (start/home button) --> search "device manager" from there you will see "keyboard" expand it ---> right click on whatever you see under the "keyboard" category (that's your keyboard driver) usually it's something like "standard PS/2 keyboard" ---> update driver software ---> click "search automatically for updated driver software" .. it will then search for any updates for your driver. If it says that your driver is up to date, then right click the driver again and click "uninstall" .. restart your system. It will automatically reinstall your driver and possibly fix any corrupted data in it.
Tell me if it fixed your problem.
