Hello,i hav recently formatted my system n couldn't hear sound from my speakers n found no audio device wat should i do to hear sound

Hello,

After formatting u have to reinstall ur audio device.
Tell the brand and the model of ur computer and i'll help u to get the driver u need.

please help me i have hp compaq nc6220 i heard sounds in the headset but when i took it off i cant hear any sounds please help me
