Could you give us some more details about the issue? Are you getting a No Interference error message? Are there any more details? I strongly recommend you to try booting in Safe Mode (pressing F8 on startup and selecting Safe Mode). You may also need to repair the OS. If you have a Windows installation drive, boot from it and select the Repair option. It may fix some errors without harming your data. Please let me know if there is any progress.
