Hi Yungpressure,
Are you talking about the Windows password screen? There may be a booting problem provoked by a Windows profile error or a driver issue. I recommend you to restart the PC and press F8 select Safe Mode with Networking and check if the PC will boot. Open the Command Prompt as an Administrator and use the command
Sfc /scannow
Wait for the process to finish and then close the windows. Open the Device Manager and check if all drivers seem to be installed correctly.
If you are not able to boot in Safe Mode with Networking, try booting in Safe Mode, go to Device Manager and uninstall the Networking/ Wireless adapter.
Another option is to perform Clean boot typing msconfig in the search box. You should select Selective Startup from the General tab and then disable all services from the service tab. I leave you a link to the Microsoft community with some more suggestions and details
