Don't rename a broken drive!
Is this D drive internal, or a external device? Is it another partition of the same drive as C?

The D Drive is internal. And it isnt a partition of C drive C drive is 60Gig D drive is 250G . However something weird has also happened. I left the pc turned off overnight and when i turned it on the D drive was back. Then after using the pc for about 6 hours i got a blue screen it shut down when it restarted it was gone again. I left it turned off for a long time again and it was back again. I used this time to back up the d drive however im not sure if i need a new harddrive. The clicking noise has also stopped
