Modem has internet connected but not through Wireless Router

I recently switched internet provider, the modem Technicolor TC4300 is able to access the internet with hardwired to my computer. Next step I want to do is to connect my CISCO EA2700 wireless router to the cable modem to obtain the wireless connection for my other devices, I have tried so many times but without any success even have reset the router. Can anyone help please!

Your new Internet Service Provider is to give all the support you need in that matter. You have paid for that support, please use it, contact your ISP.
