Is your Disc D a new hard drive or is it a CD or DVD drive?
If it is a new Hard Drive, then it is possible you have no letters associated to it in Drive Manager, but before we go there more information would be nice.

Hello, I totally agree with BrianGreen, might be the drive letter is not assigned and that’s why it does not appear on “My Computer”. I would advise you to go the disk management and assign a letter to the missing drive. Thanks!!

Hi vaibhavkurmi,
How many hard drive do you have connected? If the D drive is a partition, you may need to assure it is correctly formatted. Open Disk Management and check what is going on with the missing capacity. The local disk may be listed there, but with no drive letter. Try to manually assign letter by right clicking the drive.
If the space is in Disk Management, but listed as Unallocated space, you may need to format the local drive D. Have in mind that this way you will erase all data stored there. If you have data on that disk, try to back it up with a data recovery software and then format the disk. I leave you some data recovery tools in the link below:

Hope this helps
