Cant get in to my Yahoo email account

Hello,
I can't get into my email because I forgot my password and the number to send the new password no longer exists so I was wondering if you can just send me a email to the one I'm trying to get into because it's still active on my old phone because I have a new phone now or how can I change the number so they can send me a new password

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account ?

When you created the account did you register an alternate email address or phone number to which you have access?

or

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember?
