Synaptics touchpad giving trouble

My Acer Aspire es1-571-p8jt have synaptics touch pad that covers physicals buttons and Venn I press left I can not move.
I even tried pressing over shirt but noting happens,like no press at all. Please help

Hello,

I was using my Toshiba Satellite and it froze up. I turned it off and then back on and my mouse pad stopped working. My cursur will move and highlight an icon but will not follow the command when clicked. I tried the function key and f9 and nothing.

Thank you for any help provided.

My Toshiba Windows 8 , touchpad not working

Hi so I got this laptop about 6 days ago and my touchpad isn't working when I first sign into the laptop it works fine but then when I get to the home screen it doesn't work. I tried pressing shift , alt , num lock and it asked do you want to turn on mouse keys but I can't click yes because the touch pad would not let me . Please help me asap I don't want to pay more money for something I got 6 days ago

Hello,

My cursor is frozen, the touchpad does not work. I connected external mouse through USB port and it worked fine.

Any idea on how to solve it?

Hello,
