I am almost deaf,and for some reason the sound in my phone gets turned off and it's not always easy to get to the settings and turn it back on.WHY IS THIS HAPPENING AND HOW DO I STOP THIS FROM REOCCURRING

Please I am desperate and one more thing, keep your instructions easy to follow I'm no good with computer world Lingo.
