Problem with sharing internet between two sys

Hello,
i tried sharing between two computers in the first system typed in the cmd prompt ping 198.168.1.2 and the second system with 198.168.1.3 both the system are communicating with each other.. but i am unable to open the internet on the second system.

Are you using a router to share the connection?

Hi,

Try by putting the gateway ip under TCP/IP configuration as 198.168.1.2 on the second system.
