Windows XP won't run Chrome or execute any programs including backup restore. The Norton update hangs up and the Norton virus scan checker is corrupted. Any help would be appreciated. jc

Hello
It looks like your entire operating system is corrupted. Since Windows XP is no longer supported there is nothing that can repair it as the service packs (2 and 3) are not longer available.
