All Windows Profiles lost with Update

Hello,
I logged onto my laptop and all profiles and data were gone. The system defeaulted to the inital profile set up for first use. I can search the computer for file I know exist, and they show up, but when I try to access them I get an error message saying the path to the file no longer exists. I have tried to locate the files with the Command Prompt, but under all profiles, there are no previous files.

Does anyone know what the heck This is about, and how to find all of my data?
