Hi Kanchansidana,
What was the problem when you took the PC to the shop? After you hear the cooling fans going for a few seconds, do they keep running after you see the black screen or they stop as if the PC is not turned on?
There may be a power related issue. It is hard to tell you which part is failing but I would say that it can be a power button problem or a motherboard issue. You should seek assistance from a technician, especially if the PC is under warranty.
