Hi jam,
Unfortunately the RAW label you get indicates that the PC is unable to recognize the file format of the SD card. This may indicate a physical problem with the device. I would recommend you to test the card on another PC and on a mobile phone or tablet. Do you have important data stored on the card? If you do, try using some data recovery software.
