Hello,

Please I really need to have access to my yahoo account again. I activated the account key and I signed out. Now that I log into the account key sign doesn't appear anywhere, and my recover email address that appears to get the code for recovery, is not the one I have provided with.
I didn't provide any phone number access to my account, so im struggling eith this stupid security updates from yahoo. If I can't get access I will lose so many important mails and information and now I hate Yahoo so much that doesn't have any solution. At least to have any option for the security question. Please if someone knows a way how to get through. I'm pissed off

Actually I have three days reading almost everything about the account key trying to find something, but none of the information is helpful for my issue. I don't understand why the recovery mail address is not the one i have provided. Why I don't get access to the security questions like Yahoo used to do before . Thanks for your help

Are you trying to access your account from a mobile phone or computer?

I've tried both of them, mobile and computer. Is the same way of answering on both devices.

Account key is strictly for mobile phone access.

Have you read this one?

Yes I did read this one as well. I just don't get any sign of account key. When I'm trying to sign in , it appears the table "proof you're not a robot". After that it asks for the recovery address. I waited 24 hours without trying to sign in, because I thought maybe it was too many times of unsuccessful trying and not getting through, but still appears the same shit again and again. Sorry my language but I'm so angry and annoyed from this problem.

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

Sorry

Actually, I did register a secret question and a recovery email address as well. Only the phone number I haven't registered. The problem is that it doesn't give me the option of secret answers, and the mos frustrated thing is that the recovery email address that comes out, is not the one I registered. Is has completely different letters. The one I provided starts e********k@yahoo, meanwhile the one who comes out is w********lo@yahoo. But I know the pasword too. There must be a way when you struggle with this kind of problems since I know the password.

This is my last.

All recovery options are in this faq which I have written.

Good luck
