Hello,
I have a Acer Aspire model 5580 ZR1. My daughter acciendently plugged it into the wall outlet without the power surge. Yep, now I see the green lights for the battery charge. But, the system will not start. I am thinking its the power supply. But, unsure I also think it could be a virus in the memory. Could you advise.
