hello all,
i'm a "newbie'' so please be kind. the letters ''t'', ''y'','' backspace'' and '' shift'' on my Windows 7 laptop keyboard have suddenly quit working. i am computer challenged, and very poor so i cannot pay for repairs.....any ideas

To troubleshoot the situation, I suggest you try an external keyboard.
Ask a question
