Laptop wont turn on

Hello,
My Toshiba portage z30 -A doesn't turn on at all.
When I press the power button power light flashes (orange,orange,white ,white,orange ,orange.......) But screen won't turn on. The led for wireless also turns on.
And sometimes fan rotate for a while then stop.What is the problem with my laptop and how to solve it?

Sounds like your battery may be bad. Try taking the battery out and then turn it on.

I tried removing and replacing batteries too.
Still same problem. Power indicator blinks
