Need to recovery email account

Hello,


How can I recover my account. It was hacked and would not accept my password.
I deleted it forgetting that I have something very urgent on the account that I need.
My recovery email does not work as I don't recall the password. I changed it multiple times as it was hacked as well. I don't have a mobile number associated with the account.

You wrote that you deleted your hacked account, hence it no longer exists, you can't recover what is not longer there.
