Dell inspiron 15-3521

Hello,

Hi i am abhay singh from india. My dell laptop is not starting up when i press the starting button..its cd drive makes sound all lights are good but its screen does not show anything . After it its starts beeping ( beep -(5 sec)-beep ) and keeps beeping . Without any light on screen.kindly solve my issue . When i swich it off then start its same but when i keep doing it somtimes it starts but now that also not happning kindly see after this issue
