Hey, I've had this laptop for about a year and in that time my friend had been borrowing it and when she returned it the charging cord was broken (fixed that already). So I plugged it in and turned it on and at first, it went to the windows login screen and I put in the pin and as soon as I did that it froze and the screen gradually faded to white, it also showed me an error message that it "wasn't meant to run windows." At one point I got into it (the screen didn't fade immediately) and there was tons of "free PC cleaners" installed so I try to reset and I think I did it right (i did Alt+f10). Now the screen starts at the Acer logo but then goes to fading in between white grey and black randomly I don't know what to do I couldn't find this problem anywhere... Please Help
(I'm not letting her borrow anything ever again.)
(Edit: Now it doesn't even show the Acer logo)

Hello Rael,
You still call her a friend ! How generous of you !
Yes, alt + F10 was the way to restore your system.
As for the fading screen it looks like the computer was struck, dropped or got blows.
I suggest that you take it to a repair shop.
Regards
