Recovery of my email account

i have been using my hotmail account for the last 17 yrs i used my mails on regular basis.

I have used the account recovery process but count not be recovered.

is there any other ways of recovering my mail id.

Pls help. as there are lots of documents.

Hi

The only ways to recover an account are indicated on the Outlook.com and account Live websites.
