Hello, 
hello i use windows 7 and suddenly i can not open my downloads folder it gives an error like "location is not available" or "the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable 
please helppp

Open up a command prompt, and RUN SFC /SCANNOW.  After that is done, run CHKDSK /r

Post back with results.
