1tb the file or directory is corrupeted and unreadble please help me

Hi,

Open command prompt as administrator and type chkdsk J: /f /r

Alice, open a cmd prompt with Admin Privilages!

i right clicked cmd rus as admin , make changes to computer, and still nothing :/

so are you typing it in as typed? If you are, then is your drive the J: drive? Or is the D,E, or F?

i type cmd on search and this time right clicked n run as admin and dont know anymore what exactly do i type now, i tried chkdsk /f etc . i have windows 10 and dont know which drive or whatever it is i have lol :/
