What about Windows 10 Mac earbuds wont work

Please respond quickly. I am on Windows 10 and my Mac earbuds wont work when I plug it into the computer. I tried other headphones and it worked so I know my headphone jack in my PC isn't broken. The settings are extremely different in Windows 10 and I can't find the setting to change it to default any where. Its not a problem of it not working I just cant find the setting to make them work. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me quick since I have a job that requires me to use headphones/earbuds.
