Unable to log back in my account

Hi I think my Facebook was hacked so I loved out & now it won't let me back in it says my password is incorrect tried the I forgot my password it tells me there sending a code but I never get it if I could change my email to a g mail I would like to do that I haven't oped my yahoo account in years so it won't let me back in & when it sends it to my # I never get it please help iv had my face book account for the past 10 years & I don't want to create a new 1 thank you
