Hello my laptop is if dell company windows 7 I was watching video in it and suddenly video stopped and turned black after that when I turn on it it turns black and only the sound of fan is heard but not other sound . So I wanted to ask you that how can I solve this problem

So, only videos do not play, but text is displayed as normal, or there IS NO VIDEO AT ALL ON THE SCREEN? We need clarification of the indication!
