Laptop goes super slow when downloading, and speakers static too

Hello,
I don't know why my pc is acting up now. But lately when I download something, my mouse starts to glitch and move slower, youtube videos static and play in slow motion, basically my laptop goes full retard.
Its an MSI and I've only had it a year, its been acting up recently even when I try to launch games.
For example, I try to launch GTA5 now, it stays at loading screen forever and lags out hard. I force close it, and for the next 10 mins my laptop is running slowly.

So far, I've used malwarebytes to clean any crap, Ccleaner, etc etc. Its clean, no viruses or junk. I have most of the memory available as well.

Anyone out there know whats causing this and how to fix it?!?!?
