It's in your default download folder.

Hello, I recently got a bad virus and can't open any programs.
I've tried using rkill but I can't get any of the versions to run.
I've also tried to start rkill before the virus has a chance to load it's program but I'm not quick enough.
Any help?

folder and files in my external drive totally disappear

Hello,
i could not find one of my folder. It totally disappeared from my external drive. I searched using the search function in my Window 10. Please help. Thanks.

PS: I tried to search for one of the file in that folder and I could not find it as well. FYI, I tried the control function in the "run"-whereas, I removed "hide" folder functions. Still I could not find them. Any suggestion much appreciate!!!!

How to find your missing files on External drive

After Googling for 3 days without success THIS worked for me:

Open Start and typing CMD to open Command Prompt Window;
Type “chkdsk g:/f” (if the external hard drive is Driver g:), click Enter;
Now, it will start repairing damaged files, it will ask if you want to save lost chains into another location. Click "Yes".

Cannot delete files from my USB memory stick

Hello,

I cannot delete files from my USB memory stick, also I cannot format it. I am deleting files but when I am reconnecting USB memory stick to PC the file appearing again and again.

What can you advise me!

Flash drive files replaced with strange symbols and numbers

Hello,
I plugged my 128gb usb flash drive into my pc and a box popped up saying there was a problem with it and would I like windows to fix the problem. I clicked on 'fix problem' and after a few seconds another box popped up and said problem was fixed and flash drive was ready to use.
I clicked on the drive and opened it but all the movies and photos on the drive aren't showing and have been replaced by half a dozen files with strange symbols and numbers.
The drive is still showing 100gb is still being used so it seems the files are still there but only these strange symbols and numbers are showing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
