WD My Passport Ultra 1tb device showing corrupted data

Hello Experts,

I have been using a WD My Passport 2TB USB Portable for almost 1.5 years.
I have lots of important files on my hard disk but it's not showing data properly showing file name un-readable format and also not able to copy any file.

Please guyz help me to recover the data from my hard disk. I am really very worried about my data backup.

Device Name Showing Like: V#├Hù╚ΓS▒σ
Following Error message is showing :
