Both of my hard disk is not detecting in Bios

Hello,
I am having some trouble! It's started like this.
I cleaned up my pc, and connected Both of my hdd. I have 2 hdd, Hitachi and the other one is Sata. But now both of them are not showing in bios! I tried to rearrange! But still the same problem!
One more thing, from last few weeks, i am having trouble that my pc stuck and when i restart it and after restarting my hdd wasn't showing in bios! But when i changed the port and rearranged them, it detcted both of them!
But now its not working this way!
