Connected to public wifi no internet access,open

Hello, I can't log into my local library public network I can usually log in today it says I'm connected but there's no internet,open

I really need to do my work and I've run cmds I've pinged the server and it keeps saying timed out .
I've switched off my firewall nothing I've restarted my laptop nothing.
Everyone se device can connect other then mine.

Please help

Go and speak to someone onsite. It is their problem, not yours!
