Combining email accounts in yahoo

I am trying to move my old yahoo account over to my new account. I have forgotten my old password. How do I recover my old email account and messages? I keep getting a message that says I cant recover my old account online.

If yahoo is saying you can't do what you are trying, what do you want us to do about it?
