External hard drive not showing in my computer

Hi all
My external 2 tb wd hard drive not showing in my computer . And when i go to disk management its not functioning at all its just showing read only
My external hard drive also showing unallocated and not intialized in disk management i tried mini portialize tool but it doesnt work ..need help a lot of important data in it ...??

This is a common problem with external drives. Most often cause by physical damage to the drive.
