Don't have recovery number anymore and can't figure out my email

I can't sign into my Yahoo account because I changed my number and I can't figure out my recovery email how can I bypass that and change what I need to

You don't!

If your mobile has changed, then there is nothing you can do.

Always create accounts from a landline IP, then attach a mobile number to it. that way, you will be offered more ways to recover your account should your mobile change.
