The zero 1, 2, buttons do not work on my keypad, but the 1 and 2 work on top row of keyboard. Zero, 9,8,7 do not work across the top of my keyboard. 9,8,7 work on my keypad only. Zero does not work at all. I've already all steps I could find online as far as checking virtual keyboard to make sure all are working there, and have gone through ease of use and unchecked all boxes. Also checked for updates. Nothing has worked. Can anyone help with this issue?

Hi Jemw,
It sounds like your keyboard has failed. You would need to get it replaced or use an external (USB) keyboard. This will take away the convenience of portability though. You could try remapping the failing buttons to ones you dont use, but that isnt a fix and needs software to perform this. Definately not the best solution.
Sorry, but it sounds like a new keyboard is the best option.
