We don't know to what device your are referring to. Nonetheless, whether you are referring to a mobile phone, a tablet or a computer, we cannot help you with the password because you cannot establish on a live forum such as CCM that you are the device's legitimate owner.
Perhaps that someone changed things on your device but you are not aware of it.
