Upside down screen. password doesn't work

The password doesn't work any more and the logon screen is up side down. Control alt arrow doesn't work. Cannot right click to get to settings.

We don't know to what device your are referring to. Nonetheless, whether you are referring to a mobile phone, a tablet or a computer, we cannot help you with the password because you cannot establish on a live forum such as CCM that you are the device's legitimate owner.
Perhaps that someone changed things on your device but you are not aware of it.
