Hello,

My 2, 4, 6 and 8 keys are not working on my keyboard number pad, but ONLY with the calculator. They work fine otherwise. I have done the ease of access thing with the mouse, but that doesn't work. It is only the 2, 4, 6 and 8.

Help!

Doe you have an extended keyboard (10 key to the right hand side)? Or are those keys built into another key, lets say the JILM keys? If they are not their own key, you must hold down the NUMLOCK when attempting to access those keys! Give that a try!

Thanks for the suggestion. I do have a separate number pad to the right. It is those numbers that are affected. The numbers on top work fine. And it is only when I am trying to use the calculator (which I use ALL the time for work.) Can't seem to figure it out!

Is there a numlock light (a light that lights when you press the numlock key)? If you press numlock, does it light, or go out? IF it doesn't do either, then the pad may not be activating!

I would also like to know the solution for this. One of my users is experiencing intermittent use of the 2 4 6 8 keys only in calculator on Windows 10. Ease of access and mouse keys are all set as they should be.
